Billing and Insurance
We participate with most local and national insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see or the services you can receive.
If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

Telemedicine Charges
$50 flat fee for the visit, if you have no insurance or your insurance, does not cover telemedicine
After the telemedicine visit has occurred, we will contact your insurance to find out if telemedicine services are covered. If your insurance does not cover telemedicine services, the credit card you provide to Anytime Pediatrics will be charged for the full fee of $50.
If your insurance does cover telemedicine and advises us there is a copay/coinsurance for that service, the credit card you provide to Anytime Pediatrics will be charged for your copay or coinsurance. We will then submit a claim to your insurance. If there is any additional patient responsibility after the claim has been adjusted by your insurance, you will be billed.
