At Pediatrics By The Sea, our board certified team is focused on just one thing: providing quality health care services for your family. Our experienced pediatricians, nurse practitioners, and support staff work closely together to ensure the best outcome for your child.
Our Pediatricians have extensive training in the total care and development of children. They focus on health and illness patterns of kids at every age–from newborns to young adults and may see them beyond college age under certain circumstances.
For your complete family health care needs the practice also has a specialist in internal medicine Karen F Kuhns M.D. Dr. Kuhns sees adult patients along with her physician assistant Michelle Supraski PA-C.
Meet The Doctors
Dr. Bradford is the president and founding pediatrician for Pediatrics by the Sea. Dr. Bradford is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Prior to establishing Pediatrics by the Sea, Dr. Bradford was the Chairman of Pediatrics and the Pediatric Residency program director at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Bradford has served as President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and as a member of the School Health Committee of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Fiamengo is a board certified pediatrician who joined the practice from her residency at the El Paso Children’s Hospital. She is also a current member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Fiamengo has a diverse scope of experience. She has participated in research ventures and assisted in providing essential medical care to under-served regions of Ecuador.

Dr. Stemp is a board-certified pediatrician who joined Pediatrics by the Sea from Miami Children’s Hospital where she completed her pediatric residency training. Dr. Stemp is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association. Dr. Stemp has broad rural medical experience and performed volunteer work in medically remote and underserved areas of El Salvador. Dr. Stemp has served on the Mortality and Morbidity Committee at Miami Children’s Hospital. She is fluent in both English and Spanish

Dr. Kuhns is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in the field of occupational medicine. In addition, Dr. Kuhns is a certified civil surgeon and is authorized by USCIS to conduct immigration examinations. Prior to joining Pediatrics by the Sea as an internist, Dr. Kuhns was a medical consultant for the United States Steel Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA, and for the Division of Disability Determinations of the Florida Department of Health in Miami, FL

Dr. Jideama was born and raised in Atlanta. One of three siblings, she grew up with a strong love for science with her dad being a research professor in biology and her mother being a medical technologist. She attended Vanderbilt University for her undergraduate and medical studies and went on the to receive her residency training at Baylor/Texas Children’s Hospital, the largest children’s hospital in the nation. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her clinical interests include all things newborn. She cannot wait to serve the families at Pediatrics by the Sea.

Pediatrics By The Sea is proud to announce that Dr Brooke Caplinger has joined the practice. Dr Caplinger is a Board certified pediatrician who attended Texas State University for her undergraduate work and medical school at Novasoutheweastern University College of osteopathic Medicine.
She completed a pediatric residency at Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee FL. Dr Caplinger is a team leader in surfers for autism and active in many community outreach ventures. She is excited to join the practice and is accepting new patients at both our downtown and Jog Road offices.
Michelle Supraski, PA-C
Michelle Supraski, PA-C is our physician assistant and works closely with our physician team to take care of both children and adults. She is a native of Miami, FL. She has also spent time working in a hormone replacement therapy clinic, diagnosing and treating a variety of different hormone deficiencies.

Marta Suarez, ARNP
Marta Suarez was born and raised in South Florida. She is first generation American. Her Cuban-native parents encouraged her to study and strive. Having a love for kids and medicine, she graduated as a registered nurse in 2004. Devoting her entire career in pediatrics, she worked in various pediatric departments in Palm Beach county, becoming known in the community. She continued her studies, obtaining a degree in nursing education and in pediatric nurse practitioner in 2015 from Florida International University in Miami. At home, she cares for her elderly mother. Marta is excited to join Pediatrics by the Sea and is looking forward to continue providing care to children in this setting.
Andrea Rerecich, ARNP
Andrea received her advanced degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the City University of NY, Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing in 1997. After working at Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC, Andrea moved to South Florida to be closer to family and to work in Miami Children’s Hospital, specializing in Pediatric Neurology. Andrea joined the practice in 2017, and is excited to be providing quality pediatric care to our patients and their families! Andrea is a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She lives in Deerfield Beach with Bryan and their dog Honeymoon. When not at the office, Andrea loves spending time with her nephew and helping care for her mother.
